EXPERIENCE
With over four years of experience in the legal field as a paralegal, Andres Rincon has vast experience in helping people with their legal matters. Through this experience, he has the know-how to obtain records from different immigration agencies, provide fingerprinting services, notarize documents, perform translations, and obtain certified court documents like certified dispositions and divorce decrees.

LAW STUDENT
Andres is a law student at Atlanta's John Marshall Law School and is expecting to graduate by May 2026. There, he serves as Co-President of the Caribbean, Hispanic, and Latino Law Students (CHALLSA) and is a Peer Mentor. As a law student, Andres is not able to provide any legal advice and services through Rincon Legal are only for assistance with required documents for your legal process.

Andres has a paralegal certificate from Emory University and graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He is a notary public registered with the state of Georgia.

Andres was born in Atlanta, Georgia and has deep roots in his Mexican heritage. His wife and parents are from Guanajuato, Mexico. ​
